We care about you, and the service we provide. We want you to be satisfied and enjoy your Melcher Custom Meat Product(s). 

If for any reason you are not satisfied please give us the opportunity to make it right. 

By Purchasing from us you agree to the following. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

All sales are final. 

If you feel you deserve a refund, we will be happy to make it right. We will determine what course of action (if any) will occur. Refunds are subject to our approval. 

At this time, we are only accepting orders in Washington State. We may deliver your product directly to you or by other means specified based on your order. We reserve the right to fill your order as product is available. This means we only ship the finest product and it will be fulfilled on a quality and service basis. Order times will vary, and we will let you know when your order is due to arrive.
